Arsenal are now as short as 2/11 to sign West Ham and England midfielder Declan Rice this summer transfer window with reports of a £105m bid placed on Wednesday.

Sky Sports reported on Wednesday morning that the Gunners had placed a third bid worth £105m but West Ham are holding out for the £120m valuation that they've placed on the player.

UK Betting Sites now make Arsenal the heavy favourites to sign Rice with the latest odds of 2/11 putting them firmly at the head of the betting market.

Paddy Power say that there's an 84% chance that Rice ends up at the Emirates at some point during this window with Arsenal and West Ham edging closer to an agreement.

Manchester City also bid for the player earlier this week

Earlier this week, reports around UK publications suggested that Manchester City had a £90m bid rejected by West Ham for Declan Rice.

The Guardian reported that Rice's preference would be to stay in London and move to Arsenal but Pep Guardiola could well change things.

It seems clear though that the transfer saga will continue throughout the coming days as West Ham hold out for the full valuation for the player.

Arsenal now 7/1 to win the Premier League in the 2023/24 season

Betting is already available for the 2023/24 Premier League season and Arsenal are second favourites in the betting behind Manchester City to win the league.

Arsenal are 7/1 to win the league and go one better than they did last season where they came second to City after a rollercoaster of a title race ended miserably for the Gunners.

City on the other hand are odds-on to win the league for the 4th season in a row after their best ever season saw them complete the Treble with the FA Cup and Champions League earlier this month.

Premier League Title 2023/24 Odds Probability
Man City 8/15 65.2%
Arsenal 7/1 12.5%
Liverpool 15/2 11.8%
Man Utd 9/1 10.0%
