Carr, Daley, and Mohammed Lead the Early Market
Alan Carr (5/2) leads the betting to triumph in the inaugural celebrity series with bookmakers viewing his charisma and social intelligence as key traits for navigating the show’s intense mind games.
Tom Daley (3/1) sits close behind with the Olympic gold medallist’s calm demeanour and competitive drive making him a strong candidate to go deep into the series.
Meanwhile Nick Mohammed (4/1), known for his roles in Ted Lasso and Intelligence, rounds out the top three and his quick wit and strategic mindset make him a fan and bookmaker favourite.
Singer Cat Burns (6/1) and national treasure Stephen Fry (8/1) sit just behind the leading trio, both tipped to perform well thanks to their intelligence and calm personas.
At longer odds, Joe Wilkinson (11/1) and Clare Balding (12/1) could offer value for punters looking for more unpredictable storylines, while Lucy Beaumont and rugby star Joe Marler are the biggest outsiders at 20/1.
Celebrity Chaos Awaits
Host Claudia Winkleman has promised the series will “put the celebs through their paces,” and with a cast featuring household names from comedy, sport, and entertainment, the dynamics promise to be explosive.
Unlike previous civilian series, the celebrity contestants will be playing not for personal gain but for charity, though that’s unlikely to make the mind games and betrayals any less brutal.
With The Celebrity Traitors premiering on Wednesday, 8 October 2025, fans won’t have to wait long to see who emerges as the ultimate Faithful or the most devious Traitor.
