Finger Lakes Racetrack Guide

Finger Lakes Racetrack is located alongside Route 96 in Farmington, New York. Racing at Finger Lakes takes place from spring to fall.

The racetrack is a bit of a tourist spot with several wineries and recreational attractions in the area.

The course itself consists of just a dirt track, which is a one-mile oval with two chutes. It contains a run-in of just under one and a half furlongs.

The New York Derby is the feature race of the year, and the second leg of the 'Big Apple Triple' is held in July of each year.
