She is a highly accomplished winner who has returned to her peak form with a recent C&D triumph just 10 days ago. Even with a 3 lb weight rise, her current form is outstanding, making her a formidable each-way contender at fair odds.

Sam's Hope went second close to home over this trip at Southwell 16 days ago and remains on the same mark.

Layla Liz looks like a decent filly and has already won over course and distance. Beaten under a length last time out and could progress again with Luke Morris back in the plate. Carries top weight but appears capable at this level. Moe's Legacy could be the danger, but she's up in grade. I'm going each-way on Layla Liz.

Lots of good horses in here, but I'm going with Ophelia Grace as she is returning from a break. She had a solid nursery fourth here last time, so she is competitive at this level on the AW. She ran home extremely well last time and was only beaten 6L in a jam-packed finish. She does have a win at the trip already, plus a 50% strike rate on this ground. Now the mark is down to 83 and Egan is a good jockey booking, especially with his recent places, and her debut form has been franked also. Nothing not to like at the price here, and despite the wide draw, she can go close if freshened up right for today.

Layla Liz is of interest, but she has been off the track for 406 days and the handicapper has not been kind to her. So a chance is taken on Nifty, who has only been absent for five months. Her only two wins have been over six furlongs, so a chance is taken that she will cope with the sharper five furlongs and hit the frame.
