Simplify can add another win to the excellent start that Andrew Balding has made to the season. An easy winner here last time and won again at Wolverhampton. Been raised three pounds for that but has a big chance.

Maybe a horse that has had some issues but has raced really well on the turf before and has the figures that suggest it could be slightly ahead of the handicapper. It's not really an each-way option, as it either runs really well and has every chance, or it goes to pieces and may not place in a large field.

Disappointing in the Super Sprint last year, but drawn well here. Looks to be of interest with four places on offer and is a speedy type.

Dazzling Haze is making her stable debut for Robert Cowell. She had two wins for her previous stable, and with her current stable in form, she could go well if settled.

Turf and handicap debut. This is a decent Class 3 sprint for 3-year-olds. The horse has performed well to date and shown noteworthy racehorse qualities. Providing both turf and ground are OK, it may well outrun its odds. 4 places.

The 3-year-old presents a compelling case for placing at 25/1, given his last six races. With Tim Easterby training him, a professional known for his success at this track, he stays competitive on a consistent mark.

Hanney Girl won at both Beverley and Ripon last summer and was unlucky when beaten just 0.75 lengths in her hat-trick bid at Chester in September. She was then a respectable 5th in a Listed race at Ayr before being beaten less than 3 lengths in a York nursery. She starts this season off a 1 lb lower mark and is worth backing each-way at these odds with four places on offer.

Not seen since October and can be a bit inconsistent, but had a win and a 2nd place from the last four starts. Each-way chance if finding anything close to best form.
