This is definitely a race that you would put a lot of money on, as there aren't many without a chance. I'm taking a chance on Maestro Bernstein, who has joined Anthony Brittain from Aiden (Listen) O'Brien. I don't know, but I suspect this one cost a tidy sum originally and could still be class, albeit a slow developer. Looks a tad overpriced.
