3rd of nine at Southwell on the all-weather back in April after a 193-day break. Mainly runs on turf and won three on the bounce around this time last year. Won twice at Epsom, which is a ground with a lot of undulations, similar to that of Goodwood.

The Dragon King deserves a change of luck, as his last few runs don't tell the entire story. This is easier than recent affairs, and he looks great each-way value.

He will be looking to recover from recent difficulties on heavy going. The drop in grade and favorable conditions might ignite the exceptional form that brought him three significant wins at the end of last year, suggesting he is a likely candidate to place at 22/1.
