My Each Way selection for this one is ALRIGHT DARLING. This Walk In The Park mare handled heavy ground when third at Gowran on November 8th and that stamina laden pedigree is tailor made for this attritional 2m5f test. Won at Thurles last month off OR 77 and remains well treated just 3lb higher. Shaped as though she would appreciate stepping back up in trip following that Gowran effort where she stayed on gamely for third without threatening the front two. Gets the longer distance today. Course experience from three Tramore runs adds familiarity with this undulating right handed track, while Philip Donovan who partnered her to that Thurles success retains the ride with his 3lb claim. Each way value in a competitive handicap.

Has produced a string of consistent efforts since sent handicapping, and suggested there was more to come when upped in trip at Punchestown last month. His finishing effort there augurs well for his chance over today's extra furlong.

Makes handicap debut here off a mark of 99, and that seems more than fair. Steps up in distance again, which should help as looks a little one-paced and acts on soft and heavy. The 2nd at Galway last time is probably the best form on offer in a weak race.

Looks set to come on for the step up in trip, and the heavy ground looks suitable too. Will outrun these odds, I feel.

She's a 9-year-old mare trained by James M Barcoe, with a respectable place rate of 15% over hurdles. Her most consistent form has come at Tramore, and at this generous price, there's real value. She may not be the obvious pick, but she has a solid chance to place or even outperform expectations if things click.

I do love this time of year not only do we get to see the top national hunt charges getting put through their paces we get so many of these juicy 0-100 contests with lots of big prices on offer. Which is Exactly what we're getting here in the shape of Willie Martin's MULLANOUR who arrives here back over what looks his preferred discipline (hurdles) with this Son of HILLSTAR's two best performances coming over this trip: 2x 2nd place finishes @Limerick (Heavy) & here @Tramore (Yielding). The booking of Jockey Eoin Staples is a positive with this lad very good value for his 7lbs & has a 35.90% place strike rate the past 30 days. Back over hurdles, testing ground & decent claimer at Current 18's I'm happy enough.

Phildante is a gritty mare but very hard to catch right. She stays well and handles decent ground, but she tends to run on when the race is gone rather than putting herself in the fight early. So now back in a low-grade handicap, she's not completely hopeless, especially with a handy weight and a capable claimer giving her a decent ride onboard. If she does fire today, she could sneak into a place late.

Rebel Cowgirl could be capable of a big run if she hurdles better than in her recent outings. This mare ran a very good second on her handicap debut last year. She then fell in her follow-up run. Had three runs since, but two after long layoffs and let down by some poor jumping. She pulled up last time after nearly a year off, but she makes a quick return and over this longer trip, could be worth a little each way.

Admittedly, a while back now, but this 5-year-old grey mare by Kessaar has in the past shown ability over hurdles. Donagh Meyler is in form, so a good jockey booking for James M Barcoe (SR 20%) and the stable is going well. Poor on recent efforts over hurdles but has won 2 of 30 starts in all codes. Handicap mark drops four pounds. Big price.
