Unexposed, 6yo. Five career runs over hurdles and looking progressive. He was a 16L maiden hurdle winner three starts back. He was beaten just a head in a Grade 2 novice hurdle five weeks ago over a similar 3m trip and heavy ground for this handicap. He’s probably best judged on his handicap debut two starts back, beaten by just a length and well clear of the rest. That form has been boosted by the winner since, and he is rated a huge 23 lb higher now.

Shaped as though he was crying out for this longer trip last time out. Conditions are also ideal, and good value to be in the frame.

Although he often races in the 2m 4f to 2m 6f range, he has clearly shown his ability to stay. Trainer Gordon Elliott has indicated he is well suited for 3m, often noting he is a 'galloper' who keeps going. He has developed into a high-level competitor, as he demonstrated by a solid 2nd place in the Grade 2 Galmoy Hurdle at Gowran Park earlier this month, where he performed admirably against top competition. Recently, he has been performing better than ever in the mud. Even while conceding weight, he looks like a potential upset at 20/1. So make sure to get your each-way bet in quickly, as I don't anticipate these odds lasting much longer.

Was a decent horse in 2024, winning twice, including one win in a big-field contest. Two runs in 2025 were coasting, and has been off the track for 9 months. If back to its best, then a big chance here.

This is interesting, as this stable knows how to land a touch in big handicap races like this. The horse has been showing good progressive form over hurdles, and looks likely to appreciate the step up to 3 miles. Top jockey on board too, who has won on the horse before. I think this horse may well be the surprise package here today.

Willie Mullins (SR 30%) tries three, I think, in this handicap hurdle. Sysko beat Son of Anarchy in a maiden hurdle and has run some decent races in slightly easier company than this. Still could be capable from a rating of OR127. Hasn't had too many races and may be capable of progressing for a top yard. Danny Mullins (SR 20%) rides.

This horse has fallen a long way in the handicap after a series of moderate runs. If back to anywhere near his best, he could be very competitive here at attractive odds.
