River Vale runs again off a mark of 100 having just won a handicap chase at Thurles last time off 100. He switches back to hurdles for the first time since May when he was 4th of 18 at Listowel also off 100 and he should go close again.

Elusive Prince is a 6-year-old gelding trained by James M Barcoe and ridden by 7lb conditional Dylan Whelan. He runs off a career-low handicap mark of 85 and 10st 1lb. He is an ex-Henry De Bromhead horse who has posted a career-high RPR of 109, which incidentally comes at Fairyhouse when finishing 3/20 on March 24.
