This is the most balanced match in the group. Uruguay U21 have solid backcourt shooters but inconsistent defense; Mexico U21 are more organized defensively but less prolific in attack. Consider a cautious approach but Uruguay, as they may edge a close encounter.

What a difficult match to call between two really robust sides who are both likely to adopt a style which seeks to grind the other down. But on balance, the Mexicans seem to have a little more quality.

Both teams have lost all five of their games in this tournament, with each defeat being decisive. Since both sides have shown weakness, I don’t expect a spectacular match or dominance from either team. I’ll go with a draw.
