I break betting odds news as it happens, so you’re never left behind when the market moves or a top offer lands.

  • Cody Rhodes is 1/2 favourite to be in a WrestleMania 42 main event match.
  • Rhea Ripley leads the women’s main event betting at 3/1, with Bianca Belair close behind.
  • WrestleMania 42 will be a two-night event at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on April 18–19, 2026.

Cody Rhodes Favourite To Headline

The road to WrestleMania 42 is already taking shape and betting sites are beginning to speculate who will feature in the main events of WWE’s biggest show of the year, set for April 18–19, 2026 in Las Vegas.

Promoted as WrestleMania Vegas, the 42nd edition of the WWE’s flagship pay-per-view will once again take place over two nights, which means fans will get two main events, likely one each for the men’s and women’s divisions.

With the event still five months away, the main event markets are live, and Cody Rhodes is currently odds-on to headline again, following his 2025 WrestleMania loss to Cena.

In the women’s division, Rhea Ripley leads the betting with a potential marquee match on the cards.

Cody Rhodes the Clear Favourite to Headline

Cody Rhodes had a tough night at WrestleMania 41 by losing to John Cena and bookmakers now expect him to return to headline at least one night of WrestleMania 42.

Priced at 1/2, he's the clear frontrunner, especially with WWE likely to keep the spotlight on its biggest babyface.

But CM Punk looms at 6/4, especially if he's still Heavyweight Champion at that point.

Roman, The Rock, and Randy all Big Names Still in Play

Roman Reigns (5/2) appeared on Raw last night to go against Brock Lesnar and a rematch with either Rhodes or The Rock could still be on the table, particularly for Night Two’s main event.

Speaking of The Rock (5/2), another appearance in Vegas would be a box office dream, especially if WWE want to go back to the Bloodline storylines one more time.

Meanwhile, Randy Orton (2/1) continues to roll back the years and could find himself in a major headline slot, particularly if injuries or politics disrupt other plans.

What the expert says...
Cody Rhodes is always a safe bet to headline, but don’t rule out a CM Punk wildcard or even a Rock return in Vegas. WWE will always try and make their big weekend the biggest of the year.
