Kanye West is now 1/2 to release music before the end of the year with Ty Dolla $ign collaboration on the cards

American rapper Kanye West is set to make an imminent return to music after his last full album Donda was followed by demo release Donda 2 which was met with criticism.

Reports from TMZ last month suggested that a solo album could well be on the way from Kanye in the coming months but Ty Dolla $ign has also been collaborating.

Rumours of a joint album from the pair kicked up a notch after videos leaked of Kanye playing music to a small number of people including Ty in a recording studio.

Bookmakers now offer odds on Kanye releasing music before the end of the year with the latest odds at 1/2 that we see a new release from Ye in the next 2 months.

Latest reports suggest the duo could release ¥$ in the coming weeks

It could well be that we see Kanye and Ty Dolla $ign drop an album in the coming weeks following Ty Dolla $ign's Instagram post which spoke about a multi-stadium listening event.

Ty Dolla $ign didn't give much other information apart from posting '¥$' which everyone has assumed the ¥ symbol stands for Ye in the collaboration.

The self described 'Multi-Stadium listening event' is rumoured to be a playback of the new joint collaboration which means we could well see new music from Ye next week.

Further Kanye specials available to bet on

Back in August, OLBG wrote about the next stages of Kanye West's career with a variety of odds offered around what the musician will do in the coming months.

Ye has been no stranger to controversy in recent years with Adidas dropping him last October due to anti-Semitic comments which were condemned worldwide.

Other companies cut ties to Ye including Balenciaga and GAP after those comments and specials offered by bookies include 25/1 that Adidas reinstate him.

It's extremely unlikely that will happen though with the company selling some of it's remaining inventory of his Yeezy brand trainers with donations given to various organisations.
