LadBaby is now odds on to be this year's Christmas Number One although no song has been announced yet

YouTuber LadBaby is now odds on with bookies to get this year's Christmas Number One and make it a fifth consecutive year at the top of the Christmas charts.

Last year's single 'Sausage Rolls for Everyone' with Ed Sheeran and Elton John was the social media man's fourth Christmas Number One.

William Hill now make LadBaby the 8/13 favourite to do the same again this year ahead of Baddiel, Skinner & The Lightning Seeds in second favourite.

UK Christmas Number One 2022 Odds Probability
LadBaby 8/13 61.9%
Baddiel, Skinner & The Lightning Seeds (Three Lions)
4/1 20.0%
Tyson Fury 8/1 11.1%
Lewis Capaldi 14/1 6.7%
Kate Bush 16/1 5.9%

The second favourite being Three Lions likely rests on England's performance at the World Cup as it would be no surprise to see it start to pick up streams the more they progress.

The trio are rereleasing the song with a Christmas version subtitled (It's Coming Home For Christmas) which will also help their chances of Number One.

LadBaby has been backed into odds on at 8/13 to make it a fifth consecutive year as Christmas Number One, but will face tough competition from the re-release of Three Lions the longer England stay in the Qatar World Cup.

Tyson Fury was backed into favourite but has since drifted out to 8/1

Boxer Tyson Fury was backed into 3/1 from as big as 16/1 to be this year's Christmas Number One after his debut single was released earlier this month.

Fury's cover of Neil Diamond hit 'Sweet Caroline' was described as 'England's unofficial World Cup song' but failed to do anything in the UK charts.

According to the Official Charts website there was no position for Fury in the Top 75 for his release of Sweet Caroline.
