Pressure now heaps on Suella Braverman after attack on Metropolitan Police this week
Conservative MP and Home Secretary Suella Braverman faces pressure in her role this week after launching a scathing attack on the Metropolitan Police.
Braverman accused the Met Police of "double standards" in the way they police protests around the Israeli–Palestinian conflict.
Her comments have since been condemned by various MP's and former police offers with Braverman's article in The Times having massive controversy.
Bookmakers are now offering odds on Braverman leaving her role as Home Secretary before the end of the year with Smarkets suggesting a 60% chance she does so.

PM Rishi Sunak is facing calls to sack Braverman
Rishi Sunak has had various messages from fellow MP's this week to sack Suella Braverman following those remarks which just add to a list of controversial statements from the Home Secretary.
Braverman in the past has spoke about the "invasion" of migrants into the UK as well as describing them as a "hurricane" with other Conservative members refusing to use the same language.
This week's comments about the Metropolitan Police could be a one controversial statement too far for Braverman now though and we may well see the Prime Minister sack her as Home Secretary.
Labour are heavy favourites to win next election
Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer has described Suella Braverman as "out of control" in the past week and he'll unsurprisingly like the unrest that is hitting the Conservative party.
Odds are still up for the next UK General Election, whenever that may take place, with Labour the heavy favourites at 1/8 to have the most seats in the votes.
Conservatives are now 5/1 to win the election with Rishi Sunak expected to have a big defeat if the election was to take place any time soon.
