Hamza Yassin remains the heavy favourite to win this year's Strictly despite third week in a row not finishing top
Another week of Strictly Come Dancing is over as we head towards the Quarter-Final this week with Hamza Yassin still the bookies favourite.
Yassin hasn't finished top of the judges leaderboard for the last three weeks now and that may concern backers of the Wildlife presenter and cameraman.
William Hill though say that this means nothing and have kept him at the top of the betting market at 1/3 for the last few weeks now with the odds not budging even slightly.
Strictly Come Dancing Winner | Odds | Probability |
---|---|---|
Hamza Yassin | 1/3 | 75.0% |
Helen Skelton | 3/1 | 25.0% |
Will Mellor | 14/1 | 6.7% |
Fleur East | 40/1 | 2.4% |
Molly Rainford | 66/1 | 1.5% |
Kym Marsh | 66/1 | 1.5% |
Just six celebrities remain in the show with the quarter final approaching later this week and any celebrity who leaves now will be gutted being so close to the end.
This week's episode of Strictly Come Dancing will be aired on Friday to avoid clashing with the BBC's coverage of the World Cup Round of 16.
Helen Skelton 3/1 second favourite but was given a FIVE by judge Craig Revel Horwood this weekend
Helen Skelton is still the second favourite in the betting market despite being given a score of five by Craig Revel Horwood in this weekend's show.
Skelton's Samba routine was described as "very wooden" by Revel Horwood who gave it three less than his fellow judges who all scored it 8.
The presenter seems to be one of the celebrities who has really gone on a journey on this year's Strictly and it's been good to see how much her dancing has changed.

Ellie Taylor left the show on Sunday after finishing bottom of the leaderboard
Comedian Ellie Taylor left the show this weekend despite it being her first appearance in the dance-off.
Taylor had been bottom of the judges leaderboard for the last two weeks and Kym Marsh being out of the show this weekend due to illness meant that there were only 6 couples who performed.
This meant that viewers predicted straight away that Taylor would need a miracle to not be in the bottom two for Strictly and she ended up losing the dance-off to Fleur East.
Bookies have already made the returning Kym Marsh the 4/5 favourite to be eliminated from the show this week.
