  • Katie McGlynn is sent home as bookies predicted
  • John Whaite replaces AJ Odudu has the top of the betting on Strictly
  • First perfect 10 has been awarded leading to claims the judges have gone soft!
  • Judi Love survives dance-off but days may be numbered.

We've had our second elimination on Strictly Come Dancing 2021, as Katie McGlynn is sent home losing the dance-off against Judi Love.

A lack of chemistry is cited as the main reason as she did appear to be a half-decent dancer, whilst at the other end of the odds markets, betting sites have installed John Whaite as the favourite to win the Glitterball Trophy for the first time

3-Horse Race

Bookmakers now give a 75% chance the winner of this season's Strictly Come Dancing will be either John, Rose, or AJ Odudu with them taking up 75% of the betting market.

John Whaite has become the favourite at 2/1 for the first time in the betting, with Tom Fletcher, Rhys Stephenson and Adam Peaty a distant 20/1 chance now.

Soft Judges

We correctly predicted that Rhys Stephenson 2/1 would be the first to get a 10 in week 3.

First 10 Betting

Some Strictly fans think the judges have gone soft in awarding the first perfect ten twice in week 3, earlier than we have ever seen the top score awarded previously in the show's 18 season history.

There are sure to be many more twists and turns in the show and in the betting in the coming weeks and we will be looking at all the markets and the most likely outcomes.

Next Elimination Betting info will arrive later this week, in the meantime, check all of our Strictly Come Dancing betting information
