Hacksaw Gaming has fired the starting pistol on Epic Bullets and Bounty, officially releasing the Wild West sequel on the 1st of April (2026) across the best UK slot sites. If you played the original Bullets and Bounty, you’ll feel instantly at home: it’s the same 5 reel setup, the same dust-and-gunpowder atmosphere, and the same Katherine 'Quick Draw Kate' O’Callaghan front and centre: smoke curling, pistol ready, and looking like she’s about to ruin somebody’s day.

Epic Bullets and Bounty Slot

Epic Bullets and Bounty Slot

Rating: 3.5/5

  • RTP: 96.24%
  • Max Win: 20,000x
  • Volatility: Very High
  • Stakes: 10p to £5
  • Release Date: 1 April 2026

The core game runs on 5 reels, 5 rows and 19 paylines, with wins landing from left to right starting on reel 1. Stakes begin at just 10p per spin and rise to £5 in the UK (or £2 if you’re under 25), keeping it accessible whether you’re here for a quick shootout or a full session. The headline RTP is 96.24% (with alternative RTP settings also available), while the engine cranks things up to very high volatility (5/5): so you’re playing for bigger moments, not constant drips.

What makes Epic Bullets and Bounty a good slot?

Let’s start with what you’ll actually notice: the presentation and symbol set are familiar. Card suits cover the low pays, while pistols, cowboy hats, sheriff badges and other Western staples handle the premium end. The sheriff badge leads the pack for regular symbols, and there’s a Dynamite Wild that substitutes to keep lines alive when the reels go stingy.

Where the 'Epic' label earns its keep is in the combat mechanics. There are 2 DuelReels features, and they’re built to turn ordinary spins into sudden, high-stakes showdowns. When VS symbols land as part of a win, they can expand to take over an entire reel, converting it into a Wild DuelReel. Then the duel triggers, and the winning duellist applies a reel multiplier, anywhere from 2x up to 100x, to all wins on that reel. It’s a simple idea, but it creates that 'hold your breath' feeling when a duel pops and the multiplier climbs.

The second mechanic, Bounty DuelReels, adds a nastier edge. When the Bounty Hunter gets rolling, she can collect an outlaw’s multiplier and duel again (up to 3 times). If she loses, what she’s collected still gets applied to the reel: so even a failed run can pay, and a successful run can get properly spicy.

Then you’ve got 3 free spins modes to chase: True Grit, Four Shots to Freedom, and Go Ahead, Make Her Day. Across these, the big hook is the progressive Bounty Hunter multipliers, where a strong multiplier becomes the starting point for the next duel. That’s the kind of design that can build a session from 'nice' into 'now we’re talking'. And yes, there’s a chunky top end too: 20,000 x bet max wins, achievable through the free spins and base game action.

- Your Slots Guide 👍

If I’m being brutally honest, Epic Bullets and Bounty feels more like a hotter-tuned remix than a true sequel. The vibe, visuals, and soundtrack are basically the same ride as before: still enjoyable, but not exactly 'new'. Where it changes is the volatility: it’s built for bigger swings, and the progressive multipliers are still the key to real damage. I’ve scored it 3.5/5 because it’s a solid slot game… but it doesn’t go far enough to justify the 'Epic' badge.

Try it first: Demo slots before you commit

If you fancy a quick spin without risking your bankroll, I’d strongly recommend starting with the demo slots version first. It’s the easiest way to see how often those DuelReels kick in, whether the very high volatility suits your style, and how the free spins modes feel before you take it to real money on your preferred slot games list.

Where to play Epic Bullets and Bounty

Epic Bullets and Bounty is available to play at many British slot and casino sites. I recommend Pub Casino, the highest rated site at OLBG.

More Wild West Showdowns

If you fancy taking on bandits and outlaws, you'll find plenty in my guide to the top Wild West slots. You have titles such as Tombstone Slaughter (Nolimit City), Dead or Alive 2 (NetEnt) and Le Cowboy (Hacksaw Gaming).
