Barcelona 6/4 favourites to sign Roberto Firmino in the Summer window

The race is on for Roberto Firmino's signature following the confirmation that he will leave Liverpool at the end of the season and it's Barcelona who are the favourites with UK Betting Sites to sign the player.

Firmino was as big as 6/1 to sign for Barcelona back in March when it was first announced he will be leaving Liverpool but those odds have since changed drastically.

Bookies now make Firmino 6/4 to sign for Barcelona with the latest odds suggesting there's a 40% chance that he will sign for the La Liga champions.

The Daily Mail reported in April that he has agreed to sign for Barcelona but bookmakers haven't shortened his odds as much as you'd expect.

Roberto Firmino Next Club Odds Probability

Former favourites Napoli now out to 7/2 to sign the Brazilian player after he leaves Liverpool

Napoli were originally favourites back in March when Firmino was originally announced as leaving but that has since changed in recent weeks.

The Serie A Champions have since drifted from 2/1 out to 7/2 to sign Firmino following the news that he's edging closer to signing for Barcelona.

With Victor Osimhen looking like staying at Napoli it's unlikely that they'll need to sign a forward in the Summer window.

Barcelona also 13/8 to re-sign Lionel Messi this Summer

The signing of Roberto Firmino might not be where it ends for Barcelona with Lionel Messi also linked with a move to the Nou Camp in the Summer.

Messi of course made his name at Barcelona before moving to PSG in 2021 and 2 years later we may well see the Argentinian make a return to the club.

The latest odds though suggest that a move to the Saudi League is more likely for Messi with Paddy Power having odds of 8/11 for him to move there.

Barcelona are 13/8 to sign Messi with those odds suggesting there's a 38% chance of the player moving back to the club this Summer.

What the expert says..
Lionel Messi is now 13/8 to sign for Barcelona this Summer with the club reportedly interesting in re-signing the Argentinian!
