After Officially Leaving Barcelona on Sunday Where Else Could Messi Go?

The betting odds would suggest that a move to Paris is all but official now, but that's not to say other clubs might be a possibility.

The problem for most clubs would be the wage demands, with the likes of PSG and Manchester City really the only clubs that could have the means to afford the Argentinian.

Even the Liverpool Echo has made claims of a possible move by the Reds but that seems very unlikely, and the MLS in the United States is not throwing around the money it used to in the days when Thierry Henry, Beckham and even Wayne Rooney were making moves in that direction.

There are even odds being quote for the famous Argentinian Newells Old Boys Club. at 34 He would more than qualify, and a host of Argentinian footballing greats have made the move back to NOB to finish their careers.
