Former TOWIE star Joey Essex is the clear favourite to finish as Top Male
This year's Love Island kicked off on Monday night and we already have seen one of the biggest ever bombshells enter the show with former TOWIE star Joey Essex heading into the villa.
33-year-old Essex entered the show in a cliffhanger at the end of the first episode with fans of Love Island split about whether or not he should even be allowed to enter.
Joey became famous back in 2011 for his appearances on ITV reality show The Only Way is Essex, where he was known for his catchphrase 'reem' and seemingly dumb persona.
Essex has been on a whole host of Reality shows since then including I'm A Celebrity, Dancing on Ice and Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins and Love Island is another show ticked off the list.
UK Betting Sites instantly put Essex as the favourite to win Love Island this year and his odds have been slashed further into evens due to a surge of bets placed.

What the expert says..
Samantha Kenny is 4/1 to finish as the Top Female on this year's show
Samantha Kenny leads the way in the betting odds to finish as the Top Female with the scouser currently coupled up with Joey Essex after he chose her.
The Scouse islander though was seen crying on last night's episode as new bombshell Uma chose Essex to have a date with in the hideaway.
Viewers of Love Island were met with confusion around Kenny's reaction having only been together with Essex for two days, but she's still favourite to finish as Top Female.
Love Island 2024 Betting Odds: Joey Essex is EVENS FAVOURITE to be Top Male on Love Island after entering as bombshell earlier this week!
Love Island is expected to last for eight weeks
This year's Love Island is expected to last for eight weeks with the first episode airing on ITV1, ITV2 and ITVX on Monday 3rd June earlier this week.
There are 6 episodes of Love Island that air every week and there should be 57 episodes like last season that are broadcast.
If that was the case then we should see the Love Island final air around the start of August with the 4th or 5th currently up there with hosting the final this year.
