Manchester City Odds-On to Lift the Trophy with Four Teams Left

The FA Cup semi-final lineup is set after a thrilling weekend of quarter-final action with Manchester City, Aston Villa, Nottingham Forest, and Crystal Palace the final four remaining in this year's competition.

City are now 11/10 favourites to lift the trophy, according to Bet365, with their route to another Wembley final looking strong after they beat Bournemouth on Sunday.

Villa, Forest and Palace will all fancy their chances of pulling off a famous cup upset though this season with each of their form guides looking far more consistent than City this season.

UK Betting Sites are offering odds on the outright market for the FA Cup this season with a tight market behind favourites City.

What the expert says...
City are rightly favourites, but this is knockout football and anything can happen in one-off games at Wembley. Villa and Forest have been consistent all season and will fancy their chances. Palace could be the wildcard that punters underestimate!

Quarter-Final games saw four intriguing ties take place

Palace and Aston Villa were the dominant sides in the FA Cup Quarters and were both awarded by being drawn against each other in the Semi-Finals.

Villa were drawn away against Championship side Preston in the last round and ran out 3-0 winners against them on Sunday, with Palace putting in a fantastic display against Fulham on the Saturday.

Forest needed penalties to get through against Brighton on Saturday evening with Manchester City beating Bournemouth away on Sunday afternoon after being 1-0 down in the match.
