Beloved character set to die in explosion at Queen Vic on Eastenders 40th Anniversary
The Eastenders 40th Anniversary will air next Thursday, February 20, live on BBC One and the iPlayer and betting odds are now given on which character will die in the explosion at the Queen Vic.
Early spoilers have shown that there will be a huge explosion at the Vic and not everyone will make it out alive with some big characters in the running to depart the show.
Killer Reiss Colwell is in the middle of a massive storyline with Sonia and Bianca on the square and it may well be that it comes to a conclusion with his death in the explosion.
Fans of the show are convinced that it will be Martin Fowler who is killed in the explosion with various hints pointing at him throughout the past week.

Natalie Cassidy is set to leave Eastenders during the 40th Anniversary week but there are no hints as to how her character will depart.
Cassidy admitted that it wasn't her choice how her character would leave the show, speaking on her Off The Telly podcast saying, "It is never ever your choice - you never know how you are gonna go."
The actress had decided to leave herself though and ending a career on Albert Square that started all the way back in 1993.
