Declan Rice is now 9/2 to sign for Chelsea in the January transfer window

West Ham midfielder Declan Rice is now 9/2 with bookies to sign for Chelsea in the January Transfer Window as his World Cup performances increase his popularity.

Former Chelsea player William Gallas has said in an interview this week that Rice is England's best player and his former club may agree with that.

The Blues have an 18% chance of signing Rice in next month's window but are the favourites in the betting market.

Declan Rice Next Club (By February 3rd 2023) Odds Probability
Chelsea 9/2 18.2%
Manchester United 5/1 16.7%
Liverpool 7/1 12.5%
Arsenal 12/1 7.7%

Rice was on the books at Chelsea as a youngster before being released and it may be that he feels he has unfinished business at the club.

It's likely that any deal for the midfielder would be in excess of £100m though with West Ham not looking to sell.

Chelsea are the 9/2 favourites to sign Declan Rice in the January transfer window but it may have to be a bid worth over ÂŁ100m to sign the player from West Ham.

Manchester United are 5/1 second favourites to sign Rice next month

Manchester United are the second favourites with bookies to sign Declan Rice next and they may want another player to boost their midfield.

Manager Erik ten Hag has always hinted at transfers coming into the club and their books have been cleared slightly with the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo.

Of course, the Old Trafford club signed Casemiro in the Summer in Rice's position but they may want someone to play alongside him in midfield.

England are 5/1 to win the World Cup as the Quarter-Final stage approaches

Gareth Southgate's England side are 5/1 to win the World Cup ahead of a massive game against France on Saturday.

England go into that match as outsiders against Kylian Mbappe's French side and whoever goes through will be confident in winning the whole thing.

Brazil remain the favourites for the tournament after strolling through the last round and they're as short as 15/8 to win it now.

World Cup 2022 Winner Odds Probability
Brazil 15/8 34.8%
France 9/2 18.2%
Portugal 5/1 16.7%
England 5/1 16.7%
Argentina 6/1 14.3%
