Ryan Thomas remains the favourite to win the Ice Skating show this year

Former Coronation Street actor Ryan Thomas is still top of the betting market to win this year's Dancing On Ice after impressing in the opening set of dances.

The latest betting odds have Thomas as the 5/2 favourite in the market with Miles Nazaire closely behind in the list at 10/3.

These two could well be battling it out throughout the series and we should see a better picture of the show in the upcoming weeks.

Ricky Hatton was the first celebrity eliminated from Dancing On Ice last weekend

Last weekend we saw the first celebrity eliminated from the show with former Boxer Ricky Hatton voted out first after scoring just 12.5 in his only dance.

Hatton failed to successfully swap the Boxing ring for the Skating rink with his performance struggling to grab the viewers and judges attention.

Lou Sanders was the in the skate-off with Hatton and despite this is the third favourite in the betting odds to leave this weekend.
