With hundreds of different betting sites, finding the best can be confusing. I'll guide you through and find the most suitable bookie for you.

  • Prize pot starts at £3,000 for the Wigan fixture on 9th August.
  • Rolls over by £1,000 each time it’s not won, up to £25,000.
  • Exclusive to Leyton Orient fans aged 18+ at home league games.

Leyton Orient fans will have the chance to walk away with massive cash prizes this season thanks to a new partnership with stadium naming rights sponsor BetWright.

As part of the agreement, every home league game at Brisbane Road will feature a half-time crossbar challenge exclusively for O’s supporters aged 18 and over.

How the Crossbar Challenge Works

  • One fan per match will be selected to take on the challenge.
  • They will get one shot from the edge of the penalty area (edge of the D) to hit the crossbar.
  • Hit it, and you take home the current prize pot in full.

The challenge starts this Saturday (9th August) in Leyton Orient’s home game against Wigan Athletic with a £3,000 prize up for grabs.

If nobody hits the bar, the jackpot rolls over by £1,000 each matchday.

Should it remain unclaimed until the end of the season, the prize will stand at a staggering £25,000 for the final home game.

Building Buzz Around the O’s

Leyton Orient’s collaboration with BetWright isn’t just about stadium branding but it’s a way to bring fans closer to the action and inject extra excitement into matchday.

With the club looking to push on in the 2025/26 League One season, these half-time competitions could become a highlight in their own right.

We'll be keeping a close eye on whether or not the crossbar will be hit in that Wigan game tomorrow!

BetWright’s Role in Football

As one of the best football betting sites, BetWright has been expanding its presence in the game, with innovative fan engagement campaigns playing a big part in its strategy.

This new competition not only rewards loyal supporters but also underlines the bookmaker’s commitment to making match day experiences more memorable.
