Kendrick Lamar Favourite to Win 2026 Grammy for Album of the Year

The 67th Grammy Awards are set for February 1, 2026, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, with official nominations due to be announced this Friday. 

But the betting markets are already heating up and Kendrick Lamar is the early frontrunner.

Lamar's album GNX is currently priced at EVS, making him the clear favourite to win Album of the Year, according to early odds with betting sites.

He faces stiff competition from global megastars including Lady Gaga, Bad Bunny, Sabrina Carpenter, and The Weeknd.

Lady Gaga is second-favourite at 6/4 for her album Mayhem, which blends theatrical pop with introspective storytelling. 

Latin superstar Bad Bunny follows at 5/2 for DebÍ Tirar MáS Fotos, an album already tipped as his most ambitious project to date.

Sabrina Carpenter, one of the year’s biggest breakout names, is priced at 5/1, while Elton John and Brandi Carlile's collaborative effort Who Believes in Ange offers great each-way value at 8/1.

The Weeknd and Lorde round out the field, both at double-digit prices.

When and Where to Watch the 2026 Grammy Awards

The 67th Grammy Awards take place on February 1, 2026, broadcast live on CBS and streamed on Paramount+.

Nominations will be officially revealed this Friday, setting the tone for what’s expected to be one of the most competitive Album of the Year races in years.
