Hi Steve,

Good luck with your wager.

I am not a lover of Each Way trebles, but if I was to have a bet in the 3 races that you have chosen, I would go with:

SWENDAB
MONTEAMIATA
MALT TEASER

I am not a huge fan either as i prefer single betting , i just thought it would add an angle for profit. David Lander was deadly with three, four and five folds.
His system was to closely follow the top horses from their stables, or top prospects and wait for the right day where at least 3 would be running on the same day and back them as a treble or a five fold if five were running, all would be favourites as he predicted, days in advance. A deadly strike rate with compounded odds made him a force to behold. Wish i was a tenth as smart.

If a punter is securing value odds for his/her selections, then backing them in multiple bets is a good way of boosting profits, providing they win, or are at least are placed in the case of Each Way multiples.

However, backing overbet selections in multiples is one of the quickest routes to the poorhouse.

Must admit the I am finding it frustrating with the Lucky 15 experiment that I am running at present

viewtopic.php?f=31&t=64730

as losing runs can be tough on the nerves, plus it is almost impossible to secure the best value odds on each selection when having to place all bets with just one bookmaker and the profitability of the experiment is likely to hinge on securing a few trebles, or fingers crossed an all correct bet (less than 10% chance) over the 100 day duration of the experiment.

i never do multiple bets Rob, just straight accy's as its only one bet (or two if e/w) although i can see the pull when bookies offer treble odds on a single win with those Lucky 15's,but as they advertise multi bets one can only assume they'e highly profitable for bookmakers, whereas i know they are not fond of e/w accy's ..especially if they'e favourites as they have a high place rate and thus you end up with a lot of free cracks of the whip so to speak. Although the downside if your good at selecting the right favourite is restrictions on your account. :(

Only picking one per race Rob as i was choosing 2 or 3 due to some scoring higher in some stats etc but one is the way to go as contradiction of data is always going to be ever present within any system.
1 pt wins on
make on madam
world record
canford bay
1 pt e/w double on
pick a little
make on madam
-2 pts yesterday.

Hi Steve,

I have been away from home for most of today (similar situation tomorrow and Saturday), so didn’t get a chance to complete the VC analysis on your selections.

Good luck with MAKE OR MADAM and COMPTON PARK at Newcastle, especially the former who would secure a nice Each Way double after PICK A LITTLE’s win at Brighton.

All the best.

Rob.
