Ashlyn Krueger vs Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova Tips

I liked how Pav performed in Eastbourne. She already leads their only meeting, albeit on a hard surface. I will try her to sail to the next stage.

I'm surprised Pavlyuchenkova is the favorite in this matchup. I understand that Krueger can choke out of nowhere or have an off day, but Pavlyuchenkova is not the same player she was a few years ago. I think Krueger has a better chance to win.

Pav has had a reasonable time to adjust to the grass courts, but she has dropped sets in four of her last five matches. I like the odds that this changes in this clash to win in straight sets.

I think Pav will take this faster than when she faced Tom yesterday. Might even close it in two sets. I will try her to start off fast.
