2025 Bahrain Grand Prix

The Bahrain GP is one of the newer races on the F1 calendar, it was first staged in 2004 and has been present ever since with the exception of 2011.

Michael Schumacher won the first-ever GP here and in honour of his incredible achievements in F1, the first corner at this track is named after him.

How long is the Bahrain Grand Prix?

The Bahrain GP consists of a total distance of 191.6 miles (308 km). This consists of 57 laps, each being 3.36 miles (5.4 km).

Each lap of the Bahrain International Circuit circuit sees the drivers face a total of fifteen corners of this rather fast circuit.

When is the Bahrain Grand Prix?

The five sessions of the Bahrain Grand Prix are due to take place:

  • Friday 11th April - Practice 1 & 2
  • Saturday 12th April - Practice 3 & Qualifying
  • Sunday 13th April - The Race
