Birds Of A Feather, a point winner, landed a gamble easily at Warwick in a mares' bumper and could be up to being raised in class to win again.

The 5-year-old mare won on her bumper debut in November, winning the 13-runner contest by 7 lengths. She was a very close runner-up in a Listed NHF bumper on her next start and a good yardstick, well beaten in third that day. She’ll be fresh after a seven-week break, has a much stronger jockey in the saddle now, and she should be a player in this Listed contest.

Lune Brillante won impressively on her first run at Carlisle and went on to run a nice race next time in a Listed race at Huntingdon. A couple of these were in front of her there, but she was badly hampered at a crucial stage, and the race may have come a bit soon after her first run. She is by Walk in the Park and looks very scopey, and this stiffer track should give her a chance to show her stamina up the hill.

Was good enough to win a Listed Mares' bumper on debut with a couple of these behind including Lune Brilliante and showed a cracking attitude that day. Went into the notebook as looks to have plenty of scope and looked very game. Wasn't disgraced pitched in with the boys on next start and must be fancied back in with the girls despite giving 4lb to all. Yard 3-13 in bumpers this season with a further 5 places too and are 6-18 at Sandown this season returning a +£5.22 lsp so can hopefully improve on those returns here. Lune Brilliante was unlucky enough last time behind my fancy and has to be respected but this one looks a lovely mare and is a cracking EW punt.

Won both starts in Irish PTP. One was disqualified for a banned substance. Strong in the market for a bumper debut and needs to improve as up in class, but can do that at a big price.

She improved markedly from her debut run when winning a bumper by 8 lengths last time, recording a very high RPR. She could improve from that, being a half-sister to bumper winner Stainsby Girl. Her dam, Charmaine Wood, was a bumper winner who was half-sister to another bumper winner, Double Pride.

Joan's Choice won well at Plumpton in December, beating a decent field of runners. She looks open to plenty of improvement and is an attractive each-way price in this contest.
