Woodstock City a winner over this distance. He does go well on the all-weather, more so when the going is slow like today's race. He finished second last time out at Lingfield 10 days ago over a similar distance. I think at 9/1 there is value in the each way.

Ludos Landing showed me a much improved run with a very decent third at Lingfield. This should now mark a return to his best off this 79 mark, where he's won before. Solid course and distance record here at Kempton, with a prior win and he loves 10 to 12 furlongs on any ground. C&D stats look good for a big run fresh off the break here.

Fair form @ this level Aw/Turf and nicely treated here off dropping mark of 72. Went well for today's apprentice who claims 5lb here, five runs back in a hot class 4 @ York, plum draw and shrewd trainer best here with his 4yo plus last 5 seasons @ 10 percent, making current 18/1 decent Ew value in the race.
