The grey Concert has been in my MTF notes since her debut for William Haggas. She could be the best of those with a recent run, and trainer Jack Channon was very pleased with her stable debut 4th at Wolverhampton 17 days ago, saying '5f is a bit on the sharp side for her,' so the extra 160 yards here should be ideal. He's confident about her progressing through the grades too.

Should be capable of getting among the four places from a decent high draw. Finished a 3-length 6th of 11 in a Class 2 at Goodwood last August, and he's down to a Class 4 here. Decent return in this class at Wolverhampton after being gelded, and should be fitter now.

Improved with each of the four runs as a two-year-old last season and should have more to come. Handicap debut and should be ahead of this mark. The yard has had a strong start to the season and have six winners in the last two weeks. Strong in the market in an open-looking race.

As a dependable performer, he holds a 44% place rate and recently achieved a respectable 4th place at Lingfield. His established speed over similar trips makes him a compelling podium contender at 20/1.

I feel he's rather been ignored by the punters and hence his price feels pretty high for a horse proven at Bath over a similar distance and going. He's coming out of a stable switch, and they will have put him in this one because they think he has a good chance of running well. Not a bad EW prospect.
