  The old boy has logged plenty of wins here and feels at home at Ayr. Some good form at 2m 4f, with some wins under his belt. He likes soft to good ground. Very capable of placing in this one and maybe even sneaking a win.

  She's proven of this exact trip - can handle a 5f on the AW track and won C&D. A solid second and two wins earlier in her last few starts over similar conditions. At a new yard she's been on the rise and is ready to get firing at this one. Fancy the each way here - has the potential to win but could lose by a nose, favourable odds for the EW.

  Two wins already this year in 2026, including a handicap success over a similar distance at Lingfield. Not a terrible showing at Wolverhampton last week. On a lower handicap than he was on the AW, and this should help his stamina. He wasn't bad at 1m7f previously.

  Had a good run at Southwell over 7f, coming second and showing she can do it. It's becoming obvious that 7f is her cup of tea. I'm swayed by the odds here. I wouldn't have taken her at 10/1 or 12/1, but 29/1 EW really feels like there's value in what's a race with some real unknowns.

  At Windsor (1m 3f) he controlled a big part of the race and looked dominant turning in. If he gets ahead he should have a chance of making a particularly good run. Newmarket was prominent early but tailed off. I think 16/1 is fair with four places given.

  I feel he's rather been ignored by the punters and hence his price feels pretty high for a horse proven at Bath over a similar distance and going. He's coming out of a stable switch, and they will have put him in this one because they think he has a good chance of running well. Not a bad EW prospect.

  Was beaten by a long way in his first and only race on 1m at Kempton. Expect the second-race bounce for this one. Can't see him winning, but 40/1 EW feels a fair price to make a challenge for second. Has some useful 1m runners in his pedigree.

  This is a step down in grade and she hasn't been disgracing herself at the higher grades. Being at Bath, I think she'll be able to settle into a pace and finish well. Quite unexposed, and I think she'll be in the mix towards the end.
