Fou De Toi has useful form from France, having finished a close third in his only run to date. He is still engaged in the Cheltenham Festival entries. The owners, the Donnellys, are very rarely let down by their trainers.

Fifteen runners at the time of writing. Willie Mullins enters FOU DE TOI. He's currently 1/2 favourite but has only ran once in France back in May 2024. He has a Triumph Hurdle entry and we know what Mullins is capable of, but I'm not tempted at all. Second favourite, VITORIO PIEL at 5/2 has raced three times, all at Punchestown, although finishing 2nd last time, there were only five runners and the form of his races has been mediocre. PUMA'S DREAM (8/1) showed marked improvement on only his second run in a decent quality race finishing a close-up 4th of 20. Similar distance and conditions today will suit, and with Elliot's top jockey booked, a bold show is expected.

He demonstrated some potential in point-to-points, yet he has faced challenges in both maiden hurdles. Notably, he finished 8th at 350/1 and trailed behind in his first attempt. He probably requires more time and likely longer distances to enhance his performance. Moving up in trip with minimal expectations might benefit an each-way bet at odds of 100/1.
