Talk The Talk could have been unbeaten this season. After winning his first two, he led by a length at the last when he stumbled and fell in his latest run over course and distance in a Grade 1 hurdle. He can get back to winning.

Only had three runs and did me a big punting favour last time winning a good maiden hurdle at Limerick and caught the eye travelling like a good horse all the way through the race. The second looks a very good sort and has won since as has the fourth so form coukd be okay too. Has bags of scope and though probably has to improve a bit more to trouble Talk The Talk had the physical prowess to make up for lost time. Sure to improve for that comeback run after over seven months off and could be anything. Holds entries in the Supreme and the Turners and after just one maiden hurdle win has to progress to make up into a real Festival horse but looks the pick of the Mullins team and Townend rides. Will go close as is also proven in big fields and I like the way he travelled last time before powering away from a few good sorts. Big chance.

Highly Promising gelded son of Tirwanko & Be Donn ( Dam's sire Brian Boru ) who made it 2/2 in the national hunt department and got off to a fabulous start on his hurdles bow when last seen over this course and distance 37 days ago winning in impressive fashion with 9.5 lenghts in hand worth noting the horse in 2nd on the occasion is a good prospect that went on to win impressively himself next time out with 9 lenghts in hand which really gives a good boost to the form of that 21 horse race that Ballyfad won impressively and with further progress and improvement most certainly due on the cards G Elliott's inmate looks poised to strike and add a Grade 1 win to his CV yard also saddles Koktail Brut here however Ballyfad is the percentage call in my point of view jockey Jack Kennedy takes the ride and can give Ballyfad a promising ride in this Tattersalls Ireland Novice Grade 1 Hurdle here at Leopardstown bold showing anticipated from this course and distance winner . Respected .

Very talented in the Flat sphere for William Haggas. Did enough to win maiden hurdle start without looking overly impressive. Interesting to see if Willie Mullins (SR 30%) can harness this horse's talent. Harry Cobden (SR 50%) rides. Could land the odds at 6-1.

Bumper winner who has won on both starts over hurdles. Further improvement remains likely and holds every chance of keeping that unbeaten record going.

Like to follow this trainer's horses and this one looks like it could be worth a punt. Second to the re-opposing Talk The Talk, who went on to win a graded race next time. Has a chance of being in the money at nice odds if he has a repeat of that run in him again.

This 6-year-old is exceptionally skilled over the 2m trip. His prowess at this range is exemplified by his triumph in the Grade 2 Royal Bond Novice Hurdle at Fairyhouse in November 2025, where he led for most of the race to secure victory over 2m. He displayed remarkable determination in the Royal Bond, fighting back to win by a head after being overtaken. He has proven his ability to lead from the front at this distance, jumping smoothly to outpace competitors. Currently, he boasts an RPR of 146, positioning him among the elite novice hurdlers in the 2m category. Although he had a disappointing run last time out at Christmas, it was discovered that he had bled from both nostrils. Provided he has received a clean bill of health, I am confident it will be business as usual, and an eabet at 50/1 represents excellent value.

Switch From Diesel is the only mare in the field, but she should not be a back marker. She was decent in bumpers and appeared to find two and a half miles too far last time in a Grade 1 novice hurdle at Naas when only fourth. She drops back to two miles and is good each-way value at 50-1.
