Puerto Rico is a 3-year-old son of Wootton Bassett out of April Showers, from the family of Misty for Me by Galileo and many other black-type winners. He runs here in this Group 1 French Classic off a mark of 119 over 1m. He'll be ridden by R. L. Moore for Aidan O'Brien and Coolmore. The stable is in top form. He won his Group 1 over 7f at 3/1 on this course last October. That Group 1 race has produced three winners from three runners. I think he can win here once more, and I make him my Nap of the day.

After a 7-month layoff, F. Graffard's 3yo colt has improved enough to overturn the hot-pot favourite of A. P. O'Brien here. He ended last season with a stiff task in a Group 1 at this track, but prior to that he had two nice wins. A colt by Sea The Moon suggests massive improvement and could be a decent each-way angle at 5/1 with four places on offer.
