Spring practice has now concluded across the country and the transfer portal has finally calmed down a bit after a chaotic spring window that saw hundreds of players on the move. With rosters more or less set and a handful of critical quarterback battles settled sportsbooks have now hung win total numbers on every FBS team for the upcoming season.

Georgia must replace nine starters, including two-time national championship-winning quarterback Stetson Bennett. But don't feel too bad for the Dawgs because their cream puff schedule sets them up for at least ten wins this fall in the regular season. That's why they're the top team on the board with a win total of 11.5. The bottom of the board features a familiar cellar dweller, UMass, with a total of 1.5. The Minutemen have won a grand total of three games in the last four seasons combined. As an independent, their schedule features a host of heavy hitters including road trips to Auburn, Liberty and Penn State. They also host MAC favorite Toledo and travel to Army just before Halloween. This schedule screams 1-11.
The most intriguing win total listed is obviously Colorado at three. Deion Sanders has completely revamped his roster, bringing in waves of transfers and showing former starters the door. Will the gut job work in 2023? Oddsmakers have backed off their initial number of five wins and lowered those expectations down to three. Tilts with TCU, Oregon, and USC in the first month of the schedule aren't doing the Buffaloes any favors. But if they can score an upset of Nebraska or Arizona State on the road, four or five wins could be on the table for Sanders and his son Shedeur.
