  • No horse will have run in all three legs of the Triple Crown this year.
  • Mage, the winner of the Kentucky Derby, will not run in the Belmont Stakes.
  • National Treasure, the winner of the Preakness Stakes, is sitting at 5-1 to win at the Belmont.

The 155th running of the Belmont Stakes will take place on June 10th in Elmont, New York. The final leg of the Triple Crown will feature National Treasure, the winner of the Preakness Stakes. Mage, the horse that won the Kentucky Derby, will not be running in the Belmont. In a rare twist, there won't be a single horse that runs all three races of the Triple Crown this season, according to CBS Sports. Some sportsbooks are offering fixed odds for this race, which means that bettors will be able to lock in odds that will not fluctuate up until the moment the horses leave the starting gate.

He is the favorite on the board at 5-2. National Treasure, the winner of the Preakness Stakes, cashed at a price of +290. He was offered at 4-1 the morning of the Preakness and is currently sitting in a familiar position at 5-1 to win the Belmont.
