Wide-open race. Considering this horse easily beat Konfusion by 6l last April, then finished a close second in the Summer Cup from this mark, it must have a chance here at the foot of the weights. Konfusion is now 2 stones higher in the weights, and the last run can be ignored as just the qualifier without the headgear.

Has more mileage over this trip, considering a 2m winner on the Flat. Since a summer break, has beaten the 145+ Marble Sands on the level before beating the progressive Jorebel over hurdles, who is now rated nearly 20 lbs higher over fences. So a 7 lb rise here looks workable, especially with a low weight.

Looks well treated considering the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th in that hurdle win have franked the form big time. Softer ground could suit better.
