Strong stayer at this trip and handles the ground. Won at this fixture last year from 8 lbs lower. Was a close 3rd in the Scurry Premier Handicap here last summer from 2 lbs higher. Stable had a festival winner in Saratoga.

Back on drying ground and a lower grade, she should be hard to beat here with the jockey claiming 5 lbs. She is just a net 5 lbs higher than when winning the mares' handicap final at Newbury last year, with the 2nd now 10 lbs higher. The form this season is strong: she finished a close 3rd behind Hartington on her comeback before sandwiching Nurse Susan and Game Colours at Cheltenham. Both have won since. Her LTO was 5th in a big-field mares' handicap at Leopardstown over Christmas, with the ground against her.

Beat a decent yardstick on penultimate start in a novice at Sedgefield before finishing well here in 5th on handicap debut over shorter in a stronger race. Same mark here but 7 lb claim and the extra distance should aid improvement.

Won this race last year from 6 lbs lower before finishing 3rd in the English Lincoln from 1 lb lower. Showed this mark was workable when 8th in the Balmoral Handicap from 2 lbs higher. Sure to have been laid out for this.

Must have a big chance here. Back on drying ground and down in grade, just 2 lbs above last winning mark. On the penultimate start was 16 lengths behind Mighty Bandit, who oozed up again on the next start, looking a 150 horse. With the LTO finishing behind Largy Belter, who again won on the next start.

Won well here LTO from the front, beating another progressive rival. So a 7 lb rise looks fair, especially considering the second to the progressive Norn Iron on the penultimate start. Technically just 2 lbs higher here from that run, with Norn Iron now a stone higher in weights.
