After finishing a close 2nd in this race in 2024, she went one better last year and followed up by winning the Punchestown Mares Chase by 35 lengths. Her only defeat this season was to Found A Fifty first time out. She has to give three pounds to a massive improver this season, Panic Attack, but is rated 12 pounds higher.

He won on his first trip to the Cheltenham Festival ??" the Martin Pipe two-and-a-half-mile handicap hurdle in 2022. He unfortunately missed running in the Arkle in 2023, having earlier won a trial at Cheltenham, but in 2024 he ran poorly in this race due to the going being too soft, and his stamina ran out when running in the Gold Cup last year. Back at two and a half miles, he is a match for any horse on decent going.

However, the flat-speed Bambino Fever, unbeaten in bumpers, should prevail with a first-time tongue strap.

He goes up in distance to three miles and one furlong and wears a first-time hood to try to settle him early in the race to get the new trip.
