But Diamond Necklace is unbeaten in four races and did not need a warm-up race to run away with the Poule d'Essai des Pouliches at Longchamp, after pushing two lengths clear a furlong out. She should be better than Evolutionist, who finished second to her stablemate True Love in the 1000 Guineas.
