Liverpool showed respect but fear too to PSG and were outplayed in both legs. Villa showed neither and took them all the way. PSG are not invincible but they lost their first league game of the season 3 days ago and are clearly looking for a double and were keeping rested for this. Arsenal had a precious weekend rest as Palace were playing in the FA Cup and will be fresh. They haven't lost any of their last 12 games but have drawn 6. Neither team will sit back now. It seems inevitable that both will score. I think PSG's ability to hit on the break with speed will catch the Gooners out.

Serienmond ran a very impressive third place a week ago at Punchestown in a large field (16). Ran on well late and in hindsight may well be thinking a little too late. Had beaten 16 rivals in the previous race and won well. Last week, Helvic Storm finished ahead of him in second. That was a good run and he can improve again but seems to prefer it a little softer. They could both be involved in the finish again but preference is for the reversal this time.

Grey Fox has been less than ordinary for over 3 years. But recently, in his two recent races, he has improved on all known form. It coincides with stepping right up in distance to 1m 7f and coming to Kempton. Those two CD runs are his best. He was second, then last time won comfortably. His slow start may have affected his earlier efforts at around a mile, but this distance gives plenty of time to catch up, and the course likes late finishers.

I tipped Will Do at the festival with confidence due to his liking for big fields, big fences, and a test of stamina. He was also taking the same route as the yard's National hero, Tiger Roll. He looked the winner half a mile out and looked like he should have won but placed. The British nationals bypassed, he finds himself at the bottom of the handicap here. He now runs with a claimer bringing the weight down to 9 stone 10 and must be a major EW value.

Only had 4 to beat but was always looking the winner from half a mile out. Opposition looks exposed in comparison and many have to concede weight to the selection.

Siam Park did nothing over hurdles but is 2-1-1 in three chases. The mark is rising in line with the progress and has gone from 94 to 107. He receives 7 pounds from probable top-weight favorite, the Skelton's Shakeyatilfeather, who won last time out. However, that was off a mark that was falling, so I'm looking at the progressor.

Indemnity has had only 2 runs, so will improve as he goes. Being so unexposed and lightly raced is an advantage this time of the season, but he might not be ready to pass Tara Iti at this point, who has been in the frame in his last 6 and won two. A decent claimer removes 3 of the 5-pound penalty incurred last time out.

A few line up here with recent win and place form. Of them, I think Tiny Tetley looks the value. He's only won his last two against 2 and 3 rivals but has done so off 114 and 118 marks and on a variety of ground. None of those wins were taxing, so he can go in again.

Alzahir arrives in top form since reverting to turf recently and bagging two large field victories. The latter, with the penalty, was more impressive than the win that incurred it, so it can be assumed he's improving for the turf. The recent runs are an advantage today.

Some consistent winning stayers line up in a competitive handicap. Wonder Legend is lightly raced and the last 5 runs have figures - 23121. He likes all the artificial surfaces and last time dominated here over 1m 5f and was clear and untroubled passing the line, so this 2 miles should suit him more than the opposition.

Moroder could round off what could be a valuable day for the Mullins yard. Not getting any younger at 11, but the falling mark from high 130s to 125 last time brought an impressive win at Doncaster. The rating goes back up now, but the class of opposition doesn't, and it's a smaller field.

After a failed chase campaign, Super Survivor reverted to hurdling and has run consistently well at a high level. Won two well over 3 miles and took on the Pertemps Network Handicap at the festival. That was a slight stretch too far that day, though ran respectably and was doing okay late on. That was a 24-runner for £62,000. This is half that size a field and a quarter of the prize. A better run should come of that.

Jumping Jet has run between 2 and 3 miles plenty in the last 3 seasons but has only tried this 3m 4f three times. They have been her best performances. Won the Ulster National over this distance last year and placed this year. That was her best race last time and signaled a return to form in time for this. Often ridden by claimers, the reins are handed to a pro for today, which looks significant.

Willie Mullins has a strong double hand in Classic Getaway and O'Moore Park, and they might fight it out. Preference is for O'Moore Park. After falling in his first two chases, he was put straight before a good 4th of 12 at Gowran, then an impressive 3rd of 19 at the Cheltenham Festival. He was running on and outran his odds of 66/1. He obviously liked this track and didn't go to Aintree. Should be spot on here.

Double Rush has the advantage of a recent run, and that run saw an impressive win, albeit in a class 5 AW race at Wolves. He did run well in soft ground early last season, which is another plus. So, with the recent pipe opener, liking of soft ground, and the improvement between 2 and 3, he looks good value to get in the money.
