I just think RAMON DI LORIA is worth a look here. Wasn't far away on re-appearance at Newcastle in January and then tried in headgear last time out, which could explain the flat showing last time out. That's removed today, and the drop in mark and step up in trip could aid the cause further.

There's a lot to like about VIVENCY here. Beaten by just a couple of lengths at Southwell when last seen in a Tapeta handicap and then placed in the most recent run at the same venue. Not quite as effective last time out, but Hollie Doyle returns to the saddle, and in-form connections send her out quickly in an attempt to capitalize on what appears to be an uptick in fortunes.

Poor up to now this season, but FINDTHETIME might be capable of bouncing back before too long. Enters this from a pound lighter than finishing second at Hexham in June (also his last run at this grade). Gets the softer going and could outrun this price now back down in grade. I have greater concerns over some at shorter prices, so worth a small play at this price for me.

Any Nick Alexander horse at Ayr is worth consideration, particularly the ones at a big price. MASTER BRICKLAYER fits the bill for me here. We can probably forgive the reappearance run last time out, and he's attractively weighted on last season's performances. He was second when last seen here from a pound higher in the weights, and with soft going and the grade not a problem, there are each-way claims here, especially if the new cheekpieces do the trick.
