Muker has been a little quiet of late, but the handicap mark drops to below his last winning mark and he's well drawn back at a course where he has a great record. Back to a grade he should be comfortable with, and if you're prepared to forgive the last run, he should be competitive. He's now eight, so he might be taking some time to warm up and will probably return to form at some point.

The mid-division finish at Leicester the run before last suggested that Annaf might still have some ability at this level. He's three pounds lighter now and is potentially able to get involved, particularly if demonstrating the form shown at last season's peak in the Bengough Stakes at Ascot. Daniel Muscutt was on board that day and returns to the saddle here.

Based on last season's runs on the firmer ground, there's every chance Almuhit can bounce back here. He looks to have the ideal conditions and demonstrated some pretty good form throughout the jumps season. His only other turf run this year was a disappointing showing at Musselburgh, but that was on softer ground, so this could be a different outcome.

Only up 2 lbs for the last-time-out win suggests that Bintaziza might still have more to offer. The same jockey is on board for this, and even though this is a little tougher, she has a chance of getting involved. Not drawn out of it, and conditions seem to suit, so with that recent win under her belt this one has claims again.
