There's a few here I can chalk off at much shorter prices, so it might be worth a punt on the big outsider of the field, ELECTRIC AVENUE, who does have a previous habit of bouncing when least expected. And let's face it: on current form, we are unlikely to expect much here. That said, Paddy Bradley looks a good booking. The early handicappers still have plenty to find, so if we catch a going day, there are place claims.

We can forgive the last-time-out run for WITHOUT DELAY, as it was the first outing in over five months. He could fare better now and is a pound lighter in the weights than when last seen over this trip and in this grade back in October (finished second, beaten 1L). If he matches that performance, he could get close, and he looks the only outsider with a shout of placing.

A possible place collapse in this one could benefit a hold-up sort in this race. THURSO fits the bill, and even though he's been a little quiet of late, I think there's definitely scope for this one to compete at this level. The claimer takes off further weight, and if he finds a gap he might be able to produce the required finish when asked.

I'll give Josh Rock a look in this one. Littler has been going deep for a few weeks now and just might have an off night sooner or later.

Bunting could take care of Price in this one. I think it's just a case of him looking like a value play. I had him down at about 2.25??"2.40 for the win - I can see a scenario where he nicks it
