With the form I'm in this month, this is the worst possible bet to be placing, but I just can't rule MAN OH MAN out with any total certainty. Still a maiden, but there's been some place form at Exeter and Taunton this season. If he's in that sort of mood, then we could catch him at the right time. Lighter in the weights now too, so place claims potentially.

EXPRESSIONLESS's form in this grade is 34313 over the last five trips, and with the going and trip seeming to suit here there's a lot of boxes ticked. The negative is the sometimes slow starts, but I don't think anything is going to want to send him off at a fair clip to begin with, and he may be able to have them in range if finishing well.

Illogical Logic has been almost too bad to be true of late but has now dropped in the weights. He has good form here and runs well in cheekpieces, which come back on today. He is below his last winning mark now and could well benefit from the mini break. He can't keep going the wrong way, and maybe this race is the comeback.
