I think Charaeva is playing the better stuff on clay here. With very little between them in the rankings and a win over Sasnovich already on the surface this year, she looks a good punt.

Financer has found winning hard to come by of late, but the handicap mark now drops below the 80s and he could be able to get close here. He just faded in the closing stages of a promising reappearance run at Ripon last time, and could come on from that here. He has form in big-field handicaps over this trip previously, so if coming on from the last run, he has each-way claims.

I've watched the Two-Year-Old Trophy back and Arduis Invicta can take some credit from the sixth-place finish in that (kept on). I also think you can mark up the run at Chester last time out after starting from the outside stall. He definitely has a chance to come on as a 3yo this season, and a race of this type is certainly within his remit.

SIXCOR didn't get beaten far, despite an eighth-place finish on his reappearance run over this trip last time out. He wasn't that well placed in the stalls that day and could get involved from a better position from the same mark here. His last victory was here last July, and he's tricky to rule out with any certainty.

Luttrell Lad has struggled the last twice, but if we suppose one of those was finding the three miles at Newbury too far and the other was failing to cope with the heavy ground at Warwick, he's potentially capable here. A drop in trip and ground will suit, and that handicap mark is only a pound above the win at Exeter in November. Alice Stevens retains the ride and won on him that day.

Now 11 years old, which could be seen as a negative, but Erne River had a competitive-looking run at Doncaster as recently as February, so is a potential player here if at his best. There are some question marks over some at much smaller prices. Loughderg Rocco needs a huge turnaround. The handicapper may catch up with Calimystic soon, and Bumpy Evans refused to race last time out, so maybe he can pick some of these off.

A draw is enough for Salford here, and I think they'll perhaps nick one goal to take the pressure off. Maybe Grimsby will hit back, but we'll see the home side sit on what they've got.

The addition of headgear and the drop in trip will benefit Land of Punt. If this one continues to progress, it will not be far away for sure.

I think a draw looks one of the more likely results here. County look able to see it out and not lose this contest. That would be enough to book their play-off final place.
