This could be a grade in which the now 6yo Mythical Guest thrives. Steps down to face lesser opposition from a handicap mark that looks manageable, and the going and other conditions seem to suit. Looks to be well drawn, and I can make stronger claims for this one than some of the others at slightly lesser prices. Let's hope the new Varian handicapper misfires.

Second here in the listed Sirenia Stakes as a 2yo for previous connections, so any kind of run to that standard should see a good effort here.

Sea of Charm was a winner on the Polytrack at Lingfield from this mark in February, and that was in a grade higher. There's a chance he can outrun this price over a distance that still looks manageable. The wide draw is a touch of a concern, but there's plenty of time to get into position, and he's a consistent all-weather sort.
