Baltimore has turned a corner this season following the bye. They have Lamar back, and they are almost back to full health (bar those out for the season). They have extra rest, so despite having to travel twice in two weeks, they have had a mini bye to prepare for this. The Ravens' defense, while not at the level of last year, is getting better, and they have been keeping teams limited. I can't see the Vikings keeping up with the Ravens despite the home field advantage.

I'm not sure who will be playing at QB for the Commanders but I don't think it will matter. The Seahawks have been great on the road this season so far and come here fully rested after a bye. The Commanders got slaughtered by the Chiefs in prime time on Monday and face another tough defence this time around. I make the line around 5.5 so 3.5 feels fine. The Seahawks should be able to make the most of the weakness in Washingtons defence and we might get another blow out.

I like the Bills but they haven't looked great this season defensively, I think Kansas will be able to exploit this big time in this matchup and things seem to be clicking nicely. Kansas defense looks like a solid unit and I think they will be able to contain the Bills weapons. Normally this spot is a Bills auto play except in post season but this year this looks too lop sided and getting less than. a field goal feels like a steal to me.

The Falcons have been very hit and miss and have a few injuries, this week they come up a QB who is working at MVP level. The Pats are home and have a good run game, I have this at around a TD, so 5.5 seems ok at even money.

Give me the Texans at home witha better QB. Denver has been doing a lot of travelling and are due a flat spot, this might be the week. There is a lot of money on the Broncos as a road dog but that doesn't put me off. TWo sharp defenses but I think less than a field goal makes this a solid bet.

Steelers Defense looks terrible and hasn't been stopping much at all lately. The old home dog trend for the Steelers seems to have been lost following a defeat last week at home when they were the dogs. Indy are in great form and have been burying poor teams all season long. Rodgers won't be able to compete with this scoring machine. 3 points feels too low for a team beaten by a similar level team last week by 10 points.

The Vikings have real problems at QB and regardless of who plays they are getting tourched each week. They face a Lions team who are cooking on gas, I can see this getting completely out of hand with the offensive weapons on display for the Lions. I don't think the Vikings can keep up, I think this could be a 2 score game easily.

The selection appears to have lost a hoof in the market, but I am not deterred. The selection's record on this going with this jockey and in this class reads 4 wins, 5 places from 7 runs. Sure, the last two races he was pulled up, but that might be because he lost a shoe in both races. Hopefully, they have got a new farrier for today. Has been trying in better races without success, now back to class 4 and below LWM, I think this has a better chance than 28/1 would suggest.

This is a bad spot for Indy on the road in LA for a number of reasons. The Chargers are a better team than Indy is used to and so far Indy has not beaten anyone of this caliber so far this season. Last week they failed to cover against a back up QB and most wins for them have come at home. The Chargers QB is better and they should be able to cover this spread.

I really am picking the worst games this week but please bear with me..... The Browns at home is probably one of the best defenses in the league, I expect them to be able to contain Tua who has been terrible all season and has now lost his last remaining offensive weapon. There is also meant to be bad weather here for this game, so I expect a low total. The Browns can win this by a field goal, so getting the 2.5 makes me happy despite this being two of the worst teams in the league....

The Vikings come back after a bye to face a team in decline... The Eagles haven't looked good in weeks and I don't think the market hasn't quite caught up with them, I think the Vikings are a live dog at home here in this spot. Sure the Vikings QB isn't great but they have an elite set of offensive weapons and should be able to exploit the cracks we've seen in the Eagles D through injuries. On the other side, Hurts will struggle against this Vikings zone and blitz D, he's struggled all season and he can't trust his O line. He does however have a decent RB...

The Rams are the better team in all aspects of the field and better coached, I expect them to win and maybe cover . The Jags come to London a lot but they are not a good team and most of the games this side of the Atlantic so far this year have been pretty poor to watch and have been low scoring. The Rams were held to 17 points by a banged up Ravens defense last week, they stayed in Baltimore until Friday so will still feel groogy on Sunday for this early kick off. The Jags arrive in London having scored just 12 points against the Seahawks. Since 2019 there has been 5 games at Wembley and all but one of them were under 40 points. I can see this being 20 -17 or something, with this makes this total look a little high.

I don't love this bet but its a home dog on a short week against a divisional rival and I think 5.5 might just be enough to see through. No doubt the Bengals have some decent offensive weapons but they have had a terrible QB. I saw glimers last week with Flacco in and he suits this attack with quick htoughs and his metrics were pretty good considering it was his first game for this team. I think this could be a shoot out between these two teams, neither can run that well. It should be high scoring too. I don't see the Bengals winning but this should be closer to a field goal spread.

The selction has not won on turf after 7 runs and normally I'd pass straight over on that basis alone, but a deeper look gave me some clues. The first 3 runs were all over too short a trip, then one run and a place in class 4, followed by 3 runs in far higher class races and a couple of those over too long a trip. The record on AW reads much better as does the record at this trip. I think she has a chance at 20/1 to make the frame at least on just her 3rd HCP flat start.
