Germany have won 7 in all competitions and will be looking for a solid win as they prepare for their trip to the USA. They beat Switzerland 4-2 in March and were 2-1 winners over Ghana a week later. Finland failed to qualify and are going through a transitional phase after finishing a distant third in their qualifying group.

He made a great impression with his five-set win over Novak Djokovic and could back that up with victory this evening. Ruud has had issues with the heat this tournament and has twice needed a fifth set. Fonseca just looks to be getting better and better.

Dropped 1 lb and cheekpieces are applied for the first time, which could bring about some improvement. Won over course and distance last June off 73 and has been running better of late.

Has been given a terrible draw but there is plenty to like about his victory in the Listed Dee Stakes at Chester. He destroyed the field by seven lengths that day, and the form has since been franked with the victory of Golden Story in the Listed Cocked Hat at Goodwood last time out. He has 9 lb in hand on his rivals according to Timeform, with more improvement to come.

Prior to that he had finished 11th in the Myrtle Beach Classic and was 12th at Augusta for the Masters. Only a matter of time before he gets back to winning ways on the PGA Tour following his switch from LIV Golf.

He has long threatened to make a breakthrough at this level, highlighted by his 3rd place in Phoenix at the start of the year. He finished 33rd in this event last year but should improve on that.

Prior to that tournament he was 5th in the Truist Championship in a welcome return to form. Beat Bright Picture by 3.5 lengths, with Aventure a further 1.75 lengths back in 3rd. Competition looks thin on the ground tonight and he should win this en route to Royal Ascot.

Has an 8 lb pull at the weights this afternoon with that rival and still looks weighted to win at this level. Won off 61 previously and ran consistently well last season without much luck.
