Rory McIlroy is unlikely to repeat his heroics of last week where he bagged the Irish Open after forcing a playoff with an eagle at the 18th. Aberg has 3 top-10 finishes in his last five tournaments and placed no lower than 23rd.

A cold putter ruined any chance of contending at the Irish Open last week, although he still finished 15th. He has twice won this tournament though (2014 & 2022) and is always feared on this course. Worth keeping onside.

Runner-up to Billy Horschel in this tournament a year ago and could go one better. Missed the cut in the Irish Open last week, although that was understandable after his efforts in winning the European Masters the previous week. Blows hot and cold but could bounce back sooner rather than later.
