McLaren have had the fastest car so far this weekend, so starting from pole position, in a sprint race which only lasts for 19 laps, at a circuit where overtaking is notoriously difficult, you have to conclude that all the variables are in Oscar's favour. The only thing that could realistically stop Oscar claiming a pole position finish is a DNF or disqualification, and Oscar has only had one DNF and one disqualification all season. He therefore looks pretty much nailed on for a podium, making this an obvious bet, despite his short odds.

It's also a circuit which George likes, as demonstarted by the fact that he took pole here last year, so George's odds of 10.0 for the fastest lap look to be a shade on the generous side.

Yuki will obviously move over to let team-mate Max past at some point early on during the sprint race, but as he starts from fifth, that will still leave Yuki in sixth position. Given that Qatar is a track where overtaking is very difficult, you would therefore have to fancy Yuki to finish in the top six.
