Robert Dunne is an excellent jockey. It is interesting that he has been given the ride on Stellar Story for the Gordon Elliott yard. The stable is adept at readying one for a coup, and this horse is in the weight range of horses that usually win the National. It ran 14 lengths behind Grey Dawning and was noted as staying on in that race. It is unexposed over today's distance and could be the surprise package in the race.

Barrow are looking likely candidates for relegation after a terrible run of form that has seen them drop to second-bottom of the table. If Harrogate get anything at Newport, they could be bottom by tea time today. They face a Barnet side that are unbeaten in five and won 5-2 away from home last week. That puts them on the edge of the play-off places. The best bet of the weekend for me at a great price.
